Tour description:
The tour starts at the meeting point at 9h. Drive by Niška banja to Dimitrovgrad. Entering Sićevo gorge (15,9km long) and wild beauty sightseeing, a story about trains, people, plants, birds... And while we drive the wine road, we are speaking about Nadežda Petrović. The road will take us to Sićevo village, the most important village in the world! There, we will go to one wonderful place, where we will see the gorge at all of its glory and tell stories about incredible things and people of this par of the world. A short break to visit St. Petka chirch and a story about the Mid Century robbers. A short breaj to visit hydropower „Sveta Petka“, that lit the first house in Obrenovićećva Street in 1908. And still works.
After we exit the Sićevo gorge, we will turn on Ploče site and enter Jelašnica gorge – special nature reserve. And while we drive this beautiful gorge, we wil mention some plants you can find only here, butterflies and rare rocks, a small waterfall Ripaljka, we will take a walk on the most beautiful part of the gorge, and then enter Jelašnica village – known for it's old coal mine. Here we will have a lunch in one etno restaurant. After the brake, we will continue to Niška banja, where we will talk about waters: sulfur, cold, warm, radioactive, sweet and mineral, known and oddly. After this walk through memory lane, we will return to the meeting point.
