Rajac Pimnice are located on a hill known as White Hill, two kilometers from the village of Rajac, 24 km from Negotin. Pimnice is a unique architectural complex of wine cellars, which was created from the middle of the 18th century to the 1930s, when there were a total of 365 of them. They were built of hewn stone and wood. They were buried two meters into the ground so that the temperature of the wine would not vary throughout the year. Wine has always lived in that unique stone town, which the hardworking citizens of Raj make from quality grapes and store it in these unique stone cellars. The secret of this climate is the vines that take the best from nature. The widely known wine from this region is black incense, which, according to legend, was drunk by the hajduk Veljko himself.
