Notes on dressing
Recommended sportswear made of synthetic and wool materials.
For this training adventure, it is advisable to dress sportily according to the weather conditions. Keep in mind that this is a water sport and we often get wet, so it's recommended to bring a change of clothes.
We recommend that you bring the following items with you: water, a snack or energy food, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, flip-flops for warm weather, and if you have weightlifting or cycling gloves, you can bring them as well, as paddling can sometimes cause blisters on the hands.
Notes about children
All children must be in a tandem kayak with an adult.
Children up to 14 years old receive a 50% discount.
