1 day – Belgrade, Nikola Tesla Airport
Upon your arrival at "Nikola Tesla" International Airport, Transfer to hotel. Panoramic sightseeing of Belgrade. Overnight in 4* hotel in the city center.
2 day Sremski Karlovci – Petrovaradin Fortress - Novi Sad
After a brief 1 hour of the ride, you will head to the charming town of Sremski Karlovci, known for its rich history and wine production. Explore the city, picturesque streets and indulge in wine tasting at local wineries. Next, visit the impressive Petrovaradin Fortress, located in Novi Sad, and enjoy panoramic views of the city and the Danube River from the fortress walls. Afterward, a panoramic and walking tour through Novi Sad - one of the most beautiful and the largest cities in Vojvodina. Lunch in one of the authentic restaurants in the city center or in one of the traditional salaš (farm). Return to Belgrade. Overnight.
3 day – Oplenac – Vrnjci spa
Breakfast. Depart to Oplenac, where you will visit the Oplenac Complex, home to the Mausoleum of the Serbian Royal Family and the Church of St. George. If you wish we can do a wine tasting at the Royal Winery. Traditional lunch in a local restaurant.
From Oplenac, continue to Vrnjci Spa, a renowned spa town. Enjoy the healing thermal waters and relax and rejuvenate in this tranquil setting. After an active day arrive in a hotel with the possibility of free use of the SPA with thermal water in your hotel. Overnight in 4* hotel.
4 day – Vrnjci Spa – Studenica monastery – Uvac – Tornik – Zlatibor
After breakfast, depart for Studenica Monastery, a significant Serbian Orthodox monastery, and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore the monastery's architectural beauty and immerse yourself in its spiritual atmosphere.
Next, journey to the breathtaking Uvac Nature Reserve, known for its striking meanders and diverse wildlife. Lunch. Take a boat ride along the Uvac River, marveling at the natural wonders around you. Afterward, go to Zlatibor, a popular mountain resort known for its stunning scenery.
In Zlatibor, take the opportunity to embark on a thrilling adventure by riding the cable car from Tornik Mountain. Board the cable car at Tornik and enjoy a scenic ride, taking in the breathtaking views as you descend to the center of Zlatibor. This experience offers an impressive and unforgettable sensation, as you glide down the longest cable car in Europe. Overnight in 4* hotel.
5 day – Zlatibor – Šargan Eight – Mećavnik – Tara
Breakfast. From Zlatibor we continue our journey to Mećavnik, which was founded and built on the Mećavnik hill according to the idea of the film director Emir Kusturica for the filming of the movie "Life is a Miracle".
Departure to the village of Mokra Gora and board the train that will take us through the "Šargan eight" climbing up the Šargan hill.
We will pass through 22 tunnels, over 5 bridges, overcoming a height difference of 300 m in a total distance of only 15,440 m, all with breathtaking views. During the drive, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of this area from one of the five viewpoints and take great photos. After the train, we will take a break for lunch in restoran Šargan.
We will continue our journey to beautiful National Park Tara where we will spend the rest of the day in the heart of nature. Overnight in 4* hotel.
6 day – Tara – Zaovina – Banjska stena – Perućac – House of the Drina
After breakfast depart from Tara to the enchanting mountain village Zaovina and the lake of the same name. You will enjoy the interesting story about Pančić's fir tree, beautiful nature, and the even more beautiful viewpoint - Banjska stena. We continue to the Goat Rock viewpoint, from where there is a wonderful view of the Drina River Canyon, Perućac Lake and Kozja Stena, which leaves no one indifferent. We will take a break in a local restaurant and enjoy traditional food. Return to the hotel and free time to enjoy the natural beauty of the Tare National Park. Overnight in 4* hotel.
7 day - Drina cruise to Višegrad and Andrićgrad
After breakfast at 8:00 am, we will depart from the hotel by bus to the ship's departure point. Upon arrival, we will go through travel document checks and board the ship to begin our cruise along the magnificent canyon of the Drina River toward Višegrad. Along the 52 km journey, we will admire the stunning nature of Tara National Park, witness the confluence of the Žepa River with the Drina River, and pass through the narrowest part of the canyon. We will also see the Stari Brod camp, smaller streams, rivers, and medieval fortifications. Around 12:30 pm, we will arrive in Višegrad, where we can explore Andrićgrad and the old bridge of Mehmed Pasha Sokolović. Andrićgrad is a unique tourist complex inspired by the works of Ivo Andrić, designed by director Emir Kusturica. Afterward, we will return at 3:00 pm and continue sailing through the picturesque river course, reaching the hydropower plant at the Perućac reservoir. We will capture memorable photos of the house in the river Drina before proceeding to the historic city of Smederevo, where we will spend the night in a 4-star hotel.
8 day – Smederevo – Golubac – Iron Gate – Belgrade
Breakfast. You'll explore the Golubac Fortress XVI from and the Lower Town with a local guide. Then we'll continue by bus to Donji Milanovac. Upon arrival in Donji Milanovac, you’ll have lunch at a beautiful restaurant called the Captain Miša's Hil (around 12. 30 PM), where you’ll be able to taste famous Vlach delicacies. On this, according to most tourists the most beautiful vantage point, you’ll enjoy the spectacular view of the Danube River and the cozy atmosphere of this amazing space.
Next, we'll take a one-hour bus ride to Tekija and embark on a two-hour boat cruise through Djerdap Gorge (Iron gate), Europe's deepest gorge and Serbia's largest National Park. Witness impressive landmarks like Mali Kazan, ancient signal stations, King Decebal's head, and Trajan's Plaque. After the cruise, we'll visit Lepenski Vir, the oldest archaeological site in Europe, dating back 9,500 years. This place is considered the birthplace of European civilization. After the cruise, drive back to Belgrade. Overnight in Belgrade 4*.
9 day – Belgrade
Breakfast. Discover the vibrant capital city of Serbia with our guide. Explore its historical landmarks, such as Kalemegdan Fortress and Park, and take a leisurely stroll along the bustling Knez Mihailova Street. Immerse yourself in the city‘s rich culture, visit museums, enjoy local cuisine, and soak in the unique atmosphere of Belgrade.
