Tour description:
1 day – Belgrade, Nikola Tesla AirportUpon your arrival at the "Nikola Tesla" International Airport, our guide will be waiting for you. Even if your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry. We will monitor your flight and adjust to your arrival. There are no additional costs in case of delays. After arriving at the hotel, you will have free time for relaxation and individual activities. We suggest enhancing your evening with an optional visit to a traditional restaurant in Belgrade for dinner. Overnight stay at a 3/4-star hotel.
2 day – Walking tour of Belgrade – Beolgrade Waterfront
Breakfast. After breakfast, we suggest a detailed city exploration guided by our tour guide. First, we will head to the Kalemegdan Fortress, and then take a stroll down
Knez Mihailova Street. We don't want you to miss a visit to the renowned Nikola Tesla Museum and to hear the fantastic story of his life and his achievements. To
conclude the tour, we will also visit the Temple of Saint Sava, which is the largest Orthodox temple in the Balkans.
After exploring the city, we will head to Belgrade on the Water - an urban city project that has become a true sensation among both domestic and foreign visitors. With its size, beauty, and innovative buildings, Belgrade on the Water has over time become the new heart and recognizable symbol of Belgrade and the famous Belgrade spirit. Nestled between the two famous rivers, the Danube and the Sava, Belgrade on the Water is, in the opinion of many, a monumental project representing a new,
somewhat more urban, and certainly more modern Belgrade spirit.
Optionally, we can organize a 90-minute cruise on the Danube and Sava rivers. Free time for enjoyment, photography, walking, as well as shopping at the Galerija Shopping Center - the largest shopping center in the region. Return to the hotel in the evening. Free time for individual activities.
3 day – Belgrade – Studenica Monastery – Novi Pazar
Breakfast and hotel check-out. After a short drive of 1 hour and 30 minutes, we will make a brief stop at Hotel Preljina near Čačak. We continue our journey to Kraljevo,
where we will visit the Studenica Monastery, a part of the world heritage, one of the most significant monasteries in Serbia from the medieval period, founded in the 12th century. Here, we will see the beautiful portal, frescoes, and the monastery's treasures.
We'll take a short break and have lunch at the Čakmara Ethno House.
The Ethno House is rich in traditional dishes, authentic beverages, and friendly service. It has a touch of the museum, yet it's so practical that all impressions remain
vivid and resist modernization. Here, you will hear the sounds of the flute, accordion, and a measured singer, and, above all, you will learn that our past is the heaviest
and easiest burden to bear. Arrival at the hotel. Check-in and free time for a stroll, shopping, and other activities. Overnight stay.
4 day – Novi Pazar – Celtic Village – Sremski Karlovci – Novi Sad
Breakfast and check-out from the hotel. After a long journey with occasional stops, we arrive at the Celtic Village in Inđija, which represents a new tourist attraction in
Serbia. This is a unique complex of original content that depicts how the Celts lived over 2300 years ago. It was built in this location because significant archaeological
findings related to Celtic life were discovered at about 60 sites in the municipality of Inđija.
We continue our journey and reach the charming town of Sremski Karlovci, a town of exceptional historical significance for Serbia. Explore the town, its picturesque streets, and immerse yourself in the history of this charming place. Here, we can optionally arrange for lunch. Arrival at the hotel. Free time for the evening in one of the most beautiful cities in Serbia - Novi Sad. Overnight stay in a 3-star hotel.
5 day - Novi Sad and Petrovaradin Fortress
After breakfast, we embark on a walking tour and exploration of Novi Sad. Optionally, we suggest a visit to the Vojvodina Museum. The Vojvodina Museum is one of the
largest and most comprehensive museums of its kind in Serbia. With a 150-year tradition, this significant institution preserves numerous items representing Serbia's
cultural heritage. The museum's permanent exhibition will take you on a long journey that begins with prehistoric heritage and reveals traces of the material culture of the first civilizations that inhabited the northern regions of Serbia.
Optionally, we can also arrange a visit to the Gallery of the Matica Srpska. The Matica Srpska is the oldest cultural, literary, and scientific institution of the Serbian
people. The Gallery of the Matica Srpska is conceived as an institution for the preservation and exhibition of artworks and artifacts important to the history and
culture of Serbia. During its nearly two centuries of existence, this institution has evolved into an incomparable national museum. Its art collection consists of a rich
array of Serbian art from the 16th to the 21st century.
After a short walk, we climb up to Petrovaradin Fortress, which is one of the best- preserved fortresses in Europe and a masterpiece of baroque military architecture.
Enjoy the panoramic view of the city and the Danube River from the fortress walls.
After visiting the fortress, you will have free time for lunch, shopping, and individual activities. Overnight stay at a 3-star hotel in the city center or outside the city center.
